Here’s the steps to follow when configuring a GoldMine email account for OAUTH2 modern authentication:

  1. Close the E-mail Center.
  2. From the Tools menu choose Options.
  3. Click on the E-mail tab.
  4. In the Getting Mail section, you select OAUTH2 and on the dropdown select Office 365 Work or School.
  5. Select Connect.

The default web browser should open and prompt you to login to your Office 365 account.
(do not use an app password at this step)

You can close the browser and return to GoldMine.
